Barbaricum seeks a Senior AI/ML Engineer to support the Maneuver, Surveillance, & Engagement Division at NSWC Crane. You will lead cloud-enabled AI/ML solutions for warfighter surveillance, targeting, and engagement operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Define objectives for AI/ML systems supporting maneuver, surveillance, and engagement missions.
Develop and prototype AI/ML solutions including vision, sensor fusion, and decision-support.
Conduct rigorous testing against operational datasets and report results.
Analyze data to improve model strengths, weaknesses, and relevance.
Refine systems for robustness, scalability, and cyber resilience.
Provide documentation and guidance for deployed solutions.
