Inumellas Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Lead AI/ML Engineer with deep Databricks and GenAI expertise. You will lead end-to-end AI/ML model development, RAG architectures, and foundation model customization in a risk-model ecosystem.

Remote work is offered; you will collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the CTO, and drive technical leadership across data preparation, pre-training, fine-tuning, and deployment of GenAI solutions using Claude/Llama and Databricks.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML.
• Hands-on Databricks experience and model development.
• Strong knowledge of data prep, pre-training, fine-tuning, and foundation models.
• Experience with Claude, Llama, and GenAI/LlM solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end AI/ML model development lifecycle.
• Work on data preparation, pre-training, fine-tuning, and foundation models.
• Design and implement GenAI/LLM solutions using Claude and Llama.
• Develop RAG architectures and domain-specific AI/LLM solutions.
• Leverage Databricks for AI/ML development and experimentation.
• Apply AI/ML solutions to risk-model ecosystems and collaborate with CTO.
