Atlas Tech is seeking a Senior Applied AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and operationalize advanced AI/ML solutions that solve mission-critical problems across product, operations, and business domains.

You will lead solution architectures, select models and frameworks, develop experiments, and translate complex ideas into practical capabilities end users can rely on, delivering measurable value in production systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/ML or related field.
• 3+ years of applied AI/ML engineering with production deployments.
• Experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, or similar.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search.
• Strong Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face).

Mansioni

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML tools for generative AI use cases.
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines, including LLM tool integration and data ingestion.
• Implement production-grade inference systems and integrate models into applications and microservices.
• Lead experimentation, define hypotheses, run evaluations, and assess model performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal standards and reusable components.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, data governance, and explainability.
