Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in San Jose, CA seeks an AI/ML Engineer to design and run a production-grade agentic orchestration platform. You will lead multi-agent workflows, architect MCP server infrastructure, and integrate enterprise-scale LLM services.

Applicants should have 4–7 years in AI/ML engineering, with hands-on experience in LangGraph or equivalent, and strong backend skills in FastAPI, gRPC, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 4–7 years in AI/ML engineering or production-grade orchestration.
• Experience with LangGraph or similar multi-agent frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own production-grade agentic orchestration platform.
• Architect MCP server infrastructure and inter-agent communication.
• Integrate enterprise-scale LLM services with robust error handling.
• Develop and operate retrieval and memory services for RAG pipelines.
• Build high-performance backends (FastAPI, gRPC) and ensure observability.
• Manage cloud-native infra including Kubernetes, CI/CD, autoscaling.
