Vanguard is seeking a senior AI/ML Engineer to join a team building agentic systems for IT operations and resilience. The role focuses on developing multi-agent platforms, coordinating agent collaboration, and delivering knowledge-driven capabilities using LLMs in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years in AI/ML or software development, strong Python skills, and experience with AWS, GitHub pipelines, and CI/CD.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in computer science, machine learning, AI or related field.
• 5–8 years of AI/ML engineering or software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with AWS cloud environments, Github pipelines, and CI/CD workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design agentic systems for IT operations and resilience using LLMs and agent frameworks.
• Develop multi-agent workflows and coordinate agent collaboration.
• Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines for knowledge-driven agents.
• Contribute to robust, scalable agentic architectures and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists on feature development and experiments.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation for quality and maintainability.
