Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in the United States is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer for the AWS Professional Services (ProServe) team.

You will design, implement, and scale AI/ML solutions tailored to customer needs, applying Generative AI to real-world problems and driving customer success through AI transformations. The role requires architecture of secure, scalable ML systems on AWS, collaboration with stakeholders, and mentoring peers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 3+ years ML/statistical modeling data analysis experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience defining and creating benchmarks for GenAI model performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex, scalable AI/ML solutions on AWS for customers.
• Develop and deploy ML models and generative AI apps at scale.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-value AI/ML use cases and requirements.
• Provide guidance on applying AI/ML responsibly and cost-effectively.
• Act as trusted advisor on AI/ML advancements and data-driven insights.
• Mentor and share knowledge; prototype new technologies.
