Job summary

Pozent is seeking an accomplished IT leader to drive end-to-end delivery of data, analytics, and AI programs in a complex, global environment. You will oversee cross-functional teams, define governance, and ensure on-time delivery across discovery, build, deployment, and stabilization phases.

You will translate business problems into technical designs, guide data lake and AI/ML initiatives on GCP, and partner with executives to manage scope, budgets and risk while maintaining a strong client

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT experience with 6+ years in technical project/program management delivering data and analytics solutions.
• Strong AI/ML background with ML lifecycle knowledge and GenAI/LLM patterns.
• Leadership of 10+ engineers across distributed teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA/Confluence and modern delivery tooling.
• Experience running production operations with SLAs, incident, problem and change management.
• Excellent client-facing skills and stakeholder influence.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of GCP Data Lake and AI/ML programs through discovery, build, deployment and stabilization.
• Define and maintain project plans, RAID logs, sprint cadences, release calendars, and milestone roadmaps.
• Drive delivery governance with status reports, steering committees, executive readouts and risk escalation.
• Manage scope, budget and timelines through change control, vendor coordination and SOW management.
• Apply Agile/Scrum/SAFe or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
