Job summary

Cyberbotix seeks a senior Lead Data & AI Architect to spearhead a large-scale transformation for enterprise data, AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI on Google Cloud. You will own strategy, target-state design, governance, and implementation for data platforms and AI solutions in a heavily regulated financial services setting.

You will guide Data, AI, Cloud, DevOps, and MLOps teams, shape governance, ensure data quality and security, and engage executives to drive the program forward.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Data, AI, Cloud, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP Data & AI services.
• Expertise in BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI, Cloud Storage.
• Experience designing enterprise data lakes/lakehouses, streaming, and analytics platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and Agentic AI.
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong background in governance, security, scalability, performance, and cost optimization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise Data & AI architecture strategy and target-state roadmap.
• Architect scalable data platforms on GCP using BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, Cloud Storage, Dataplex, and Vertex AI.
• Design modern lakehouse, streaming, batch, and real-time data architectures.
• Lead GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives including RAG, vector search, embeddings, AI orchestration, and multi-agent solutions.
• Establish security, governance, data quality, lineage, compliance, and AI risk controls.
• Provide technical leadership to Data Engineering, AI Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, and MLOps teams.
• Drive architecture governance, executive stakeholder engagement, and transformation planning.

Role Summary

Seeking a senior Lead Data & AI Architect with deep GCP expertise to lead a large-scale Data & AI transformation program within a financial services environment. The role will own end-to-end architecture strategy, target-state design, governance, and implementation for enterprise Data, AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions.
