You will collaborate across infrastructure, cybersecurity, software engineering, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure AI solutions. The role demands a seasoned engineer capable of explaining complex architectural tradeoffs to senior leaders, ensuring mission-focused outcomes while driving successful implementation of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of software/data engineering or AI/ML platform experience.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
• Experience designing production cloud-native data systems for analytics and AI workloads.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain enterprise-scale data platforms for vector databases, semantic search, and RAG.
• Establish data quality, lineage, attribution, and explainability controls.
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance of AI data platforms.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and cybersecurity teams across the org.
• Translate AI concepts into operational impacts for senior leadership.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across multiple stakeholders and prevent duplication.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting for AI data platforms.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech and vector platforms to improve capabilities.
