Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking an AI Platform Engineer for a contract position. The role focuses on building a scalable Enterprise AI platform with RAG pipelines, vector search, embeddings, and memory management to accelerate AI product delivery across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include designing scalable AI platform services, including prompt management, PII detection/redaction, and AI SDKs, with production support and governance. Remote work option is available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software or platform engineering experience.
• Experience with Python, APIs, CI/CD, observability, AWS, and cloud platforms.
• RAG, vector search, embeddings, retrieval pipelines, LLM integration, prompt/configuration management, memory, and AI context management.

Responsibilities

• Build and mature client's shared Enterprise AI platform with reusable capabilities including RAG pipelines and vector search.
• Design, develop, and support scalable AI platform services including prompt management, PII detection/redaction, AI SDKs, telemetry, and deployment patterns.
• Partner with AI Engineering, Platform, and Cloud teams to integrate enterprise AI platforms and transition vendor capabilities to internal, enterprise-grade services.
