Job summary

Google is seeking a Customer Engineer III, AI/ML for Mid-Market Enterprise. You will lead technical engagements, present to executive stakeholders, and drive AI/ML adoption on Google Cloud across multiple major customers in the US.

You will partner with sales, engineering, and product teams to design cloud-native AI/ML architectures, build innovative solutions, and support proofs-of-concept. Expect travel to customer sites and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer objections, and develop strategies to resolve blockers.
• Provide AI/ML expertise to support technical relationships, including briefings, proofs-of-concept, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrate and prototype integrations with Google Cloud products in customer and partner environments.
• Recommend integration strategies, architectures, platforms, and infrastructure for complete Google Cloud solutions.
• Travel to customer sites and events as needed, representing Google Cloud publicly.
