Qualifications

• Five years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Python expertise with production FastAPI experience.
• Hands-on with LangGraph, PydanticAI or equivalent LLM tools.
• Solid prompt engineering, RAG patterns and AI guardrails.
• Azure cloud services including Cosmos DB, Key Vault, App Configuration.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and containerized deployments.
• JWT/OAuth authentication and securing APIs best practices.
• Thrives in a small, fast-paced team with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs using Python 3.12+ and FastAPI.
• Develop multi-agent AI orchestration workflows with LangGraph or PydanticAI.
• Integrate and optimize LLM providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, GenAI.
• Leverage Azure services (Cosmos DB, Key Vault, App Configuration).
• Build domain task handlers for care, scheduling, and medications.
• Implement guardrails, prompt engineering, and safety patterns.
• Code reviews, production support, and test automation with pytest.
