Lockheed Martin is seeking a senior autonomy and AI engineer to develop, integrate, and deploy ML-based algorithms across mission systems. You will translate requirements into production code, integrate perception, planning, and control components, and ensure robust testing and debugging across the development life cycle.

The role requires a Master’s/PhD or equivalent experience with 10 years in ML deployment and strong software engineering skills.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience deploying machine learning algorithms.
• Master's or Ph.D. in advanced math, AI, data science, CS or deep learning required.
• 7 additional years ML experience with a relevant Bachelor's degree may substitute for a Master's degree.
• Demonstrated software engineering and AI/ML model test and evaluation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops, integrates, and implements autonomy/AI algorithms for LM products and platforms.
• Translates requirements to development code and integrates autonomy/AI/ML models.
• Reviews test outcomes and troubleshoots issues to debug software.
