Job summary

ARCHER is seeking a senior engineering leader to architect and deliver production-grade AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems. You will oversee orchestration frameworks, document pipelines, retrieval infrastructure, and observability while guiding a team of 4–8 engineers.

You will contribute hands-on to AI services and enterprise integrations, shaping technical decisions and delivery. A strong background in AI/ML, LLM orchestration, and enterprise architecture is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years leading or mentoring engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in production AI/ML, LLM orchestration, RAG, agentic systems, Python, Java, document intelligence, evaluation, and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of production-grade AI and RAG systems, including orchestration frameworks and pipelines.
• Mentor and manage a team of 4–8 engineers; guide technical decisions and delivery.
• Contribute hands-on to AI services and enterprise platform integrations.
