Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or 4+ years of equivalent software engineering experience.
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including building backend APIs and high-scale systems.
• 10+ years designing backend apps with Java and Spring Boot or Spring WebFlux.
• 5+ years building event-driven streaming solutions with Apache Kafka.
• Experience delivering scalable software in production cloud environments.
• Frontend experience with NestJS, Next.js, React or Angular.
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience with Python for AI/ML or agentic AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute architecture and engineering strategy for AI/ML and digital transformation across the enterprise.
• Lead end-to-end hands-on solution architecture across products and platforms using Python, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Design and deploy AI-powered solutions addressing complex business challenges with responsible AI focus.
• Architect AI architectures and streaming data pipelines using Kafka and real-time endpoints.
• Mentor engineering teams and establish high engineering standards and code excellence.
