This is not traditional coding; you won't write production code, instead you will judge whether the model's reasoning and output reflect strong engineering judgment. You should have staff/principal level experience, expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python, and hands-on experience with Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor.

Qualifications

• Staff / Principal-level engineer or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on with modern AI-assisted dev workflows.
• Ability to judge quality without full code execution.
• Comfort giving direct, opinionated feedback.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end-to-end.
• Judge usefulness, correctness, and engineering judgment.
• Provide clear, opinionated feedback on what worked and what didn’t.
• Help define what great looks like when interacting with Cursor.
