Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Senior AI Interaction Evaluator (Codex / Claude Code) for a contract role, paying $100-$200/hour, ~10-20 hrs/week, starting ASAP through early May. You will not write production code but evaluate how AI coding agents interact with real-world developers.

You will judge usefulness, correctness, and engineering judgment, and provide sharp feedback to shape what great interactions look like when using Cursor. This is a senior, hands-on evaluation role.

Qualifications

• Staff or principal-level engineer with deep software experience.
• Strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted dev workflows and coding agents.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end-to-end.
• Judge usefulness, correctness, and alignment with strong engineering thinking.
• Assess explanations and reasoning quality, not just code.
• Provide direct, opinionated feedback on outcomes and improvements.
• Help define what great looks like when using Cursor.
