Job summary

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Innovation Software Engineer to lead the rapid development of AI-enabled, Google Cloud–based applications. You will drive end-to-end solutions, APIs, and agent-based workflows, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, observable, and scalable software.

The role emphasizes Vertex AI, Gemini, and modern agent frameworks, with hybrid/remote options within the US footprint. Strong communication and production-grade delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Hands-on experience building full-stack applications (APIs, back-end, UI)
• Strong Google Cloud development experience deploying apps/AI in GCP
• Production AI apps using Vertex AI and Gemini; not just a coding assistant
• Hands-on agent-based solutions using Google ADK, Agent Engine, LangGraph
• Experience integrating models into production apps; cloud-native deployments
• Clear, structured communication and collaborative work style

Responsibilities

• Lead prototypes, PoCs and production apps end-to-end
• Design and implement APIs, backend services, workflows, UIs, and agent-based solutions
• Build AI-enabled capabilities with Vertex AI and Gemini
• Develop agentic workflows using Google ADK, Agent Engine, LangGraph
• Deploy AI apps with Cloud Run, CI/CD, monitoring and observability
• Integrate with enterprise systems for identity, data, events and security controls
• Evaluate new AI tools to improve velocity, security and quality
• Own development workstreams from concept to deployment
