Job summary

Worth AI, a leader in AI onboarding and underwriting, seeks a Senior Software Engineer - AI Innovation to design and ship production agent systems for regulated financial data. You will own end-to-end lifecycle from architecting agent graphs to deploying against SOC 2 / GDPR / CCPA guardrails, partnering with security, compliance, and product teams to turn agentic patterns into customer outcomes.

You will mentor engineers, work with LangGraph/LangChain and other frameworks, and pursue frontier

Qualifications

8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Production LLM or agentic systems experience required.
Strong ownership of features and subsystems in production.

Responsibilities

Design and ship multi-step agentic systems for KYB, underwriting, and risk workflows.
Architect agent graphs with stateful execution and safe fallbacks.
Build retrieval layers with hybrid search and grounded citations across data sources.
Own eval stacks, online/offline evaluations, and guardrails for safety and compliance.
Wire agents into production systems and treat tool interfaces as products.
Drive production MLOps: deployment, versioning, cost/latency budgets, observability.
Collaborate with security, compliance, and legal to meet SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA requirements.
