Gumloop in San Francisco seeks an Infrastructure Engineer to own and scale the systems powering its AI infrastructure. You will architect and roll out large-scale infrastructure projects, define the technical roadmap, and work directly with the founders to improve reliability, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, GCP, Terraform, Prometheus, and CI/CD.
• Own infra at scale in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong software fundamentals; own projects from architecture to production.
• Comfort in a small team with ownership, autonomy, speed.
• Strong communication with customers and founders.

Responsibilities

• Architect and roll out large-scale infrastructure projects independently
• Build and scale infra for agent orchestration, sandboxing, and MCP services
• Define the technical roadmap and speak with customers to inform priorities
• Work with founders to improve reliability and scalability
• Design and maintain Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and GCP infra
• Ensure high availability, security, observability, and performance
