Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a senior, hands-on staff engineer to architect the next generation of agent infrastructure. This role is not purely research and focuses on building reliable, scalable systems across desktop, web, and service-based AI products.

You will lead architecture, implement reusable platforms, and mentor engineers while coordinating with product, design, and infrastructure teams to deliver measurable enterprise outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years building and operating production software systems with leadership in architecture & delivery across the full stack.
• Familiarity with enterprise deployment, security, authentication, device management, and lifecycle management.
• Proven track record delivering complex products from prototype to production, secure and well-operated.
• Strong testing, observability, release engineering, and incident response capabilities.
• Experience building shared services or core infrastructure used by multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Improve reliability, performance, observability, release confidence, and UX across AI products.
• Design and build scalable frontends, backend APIs, distributed services, and deployment systems.
• Establish testing, CI/CD, safe rollout, monitoring, and operational playbooks for enterprise use.
• Create reusable capabilities for agent domains: orchestration, memory, evaluation, telemetry, and tool integration.
• Mentor engineers and codify architecture and documentation for durable foundations.
• Define architecture for secure discovery, collaboration, and governance among AI agents.
