Qualifications

12+ years of demonstrable software engineering experience with team leadership and project management.
Proven track record of delivering complex software solutions solving business problems.
Expertise in C++, Python, and Java and strong software development fundamentals.
Experience writing agents, skills, and harnesses (Claude and Codex).
Experience integrating with tools like BigPanda, ITMP, Prometheus.
Proven automation and end-to-end software delivery across Fortune 500 environments.

Responsibilities
