Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, platform operations, SRE, or related technical roles.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation and resolution of complex infrastructure/incidents.
• Act as senior escalation point during critical events.
• Support large-scale NVIDIA GPU infrastructure and high-performance networking.
• Troubleshoot Linux, Kubernetes, networking, storage, and hardware issues.
• Analyze platform performance and reliability trends to identify risks.
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive long-term improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, hardware vendors, and data-center staff to resolve challenges.
• Participate in major incident management and service restoration.
