Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal Engineer for GPU/CPU Platform System Engineering. This role focuses on developing next-generation AI platforms and requires hands-on experience with GPU technology.

The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams, evaluate silicon, and guide system integration and performance testing.

Key qualifications include a strong understanding of AI platform architecture, 10 years of hardware design experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with hardware design and bring-up.
• Experience with power circuit design and signal integrity.
• Ability to isolate problems and devise robust solutions.

Responsibilities

• Guide development of AI platforms and systems integration.
• Evaluate third-party silicon and assess implementation paths.
• Collaborate with hardware developers and technology partners.

Skills

Technical hands-on experience with market-leading GPU

Solid knowledge of AI/GPU and/or AI/CPU platform architecture

Strong understanding of firmware and system diagnostics tools

Experience with multiple architectures including x86 and ARM

Strong communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
