Job summary

Tensordyne is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer in Sunnyvale, CA, to architect and develop manufacturing test solutions for high-performance AI systems. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle from NPI to high-volume manufacturing.

The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing test development, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, and a background in hardware validation, automation, and software development in Python or C/C++.

Qualifications

• 10 or more years of experience in developing manufacturing tests for hardware products.
• Proven experience supporting PCBA manufacturing lines or working with contract manufacturers.
• Strong understanding of automated functional testing and factory test infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and own the development of comprehensive manufacturing test strategies.
• Develop and maintain automated manufacturing test solutions deployed in factories.
• Perform debugging and root-cause analysis for hardware failures during manufacturing.
