Job summary

Etched.ai, Inc. is seeking a Test Technical Program Manager to drive manufacturing test strategy and execution for transformer-specific AI systems.

This role sits at the intersection of hardware, firmware, software, and operations, owning test development from architecture to factory deployment and yield optimization, ensuring scalable test coverage. You will partner with hardware, firmware, software, and manufacturing teams to define test strategy, milestones, and deliverables, with travel to

Qualifications

7+ years in hardware test engineering with TPM experience.
Led cross-functional hardware programs through NPI and production.
Experience managing manufacturing test from development to production.
Understanding EVT, DVT, PVT and ramp.
Experience with contract manufacturers or ODM/OEM partners.
Strong PM skills and ability to present status to leadership.
Willing to work in-person at San Jose and travel internationally.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end manufacturing test programs from prototype to mass production.
Define test strategy with hardware, firmware, software, and manufacturing teams.
Coordinate board-level to system-level test solutions across assemblies.
Ensure test hardware, software, fixtures, and automation are production-ready.
Travel to manufacturing partners to support readiness and deployment.
Lead root cause analysis and track issue resolution across programs.
Communicate risks, milestones, and mitigations to leadership.
