Job summary

Jobot seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy for its primary mobile app and AI-driven coaching experience. You will guide a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to ship features that improve members’ health journeys.

You will shape the roadmap, apply hypothesis-driven methods, and ensure alignment with onboarding and clinical data initiatives in a distributed, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Shipping consumer-facing mobile products with real user value.
• Strong product instincts and craft-focused UX sensibility.
• Experience launching AI-powered features in healthcare.
• Comfort with analytics and experimentation platforms.
• Familiarity with distributed, iterative product development.
• Understanding behavior-change principles in regulated healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and end-to-end development for core app features and AI coaching.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, evidence-based approaches using research, context, and data.
• Translate business goals and member insights into well-scoped initiatives.
• Build and maintain rigorous experimentation with meaningful metrics.
• Set OKRs and report progress to partners and leadership.
• Collaborate with onboarding and clinical data teams for alignment on outcomes.
