Jobot is recruiting a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy for its primary mobile app and AI-driven coaching experience. You will guide a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver features that improve members' health journeys.

Qualifications

Shipping consumer-facing mobile products with value under real constraints.
Strong product instincts and craft with UX quality.
Direct experience launching AI-powered product features with trust considerations.
Comfort with analytics and experimentation platforms.
Familiarity with iterative development in distributed teams.
Understanding behavior-change principles in regulated healthcare.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap and end-to-end development lifecycle for core app features and AI coaching capabilities.
Apply hypothesis-driven, evidence-based approaches using user research, market context, and data.
Translate business objectives and member insights into well-scoped initiatives and rollout plans.
Build and maintain a rigorous experimentation practice with sound test design and metrics.
Set clear goals and KR's, reporting progress to cross-functional partners and leadership.
Collaborate with onboarding and clinical data teams to align around shared member outcomes.
