Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields is expected.
• Strong communication and cross-functional influence across levels are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of framework to conduct risk reviews and define artifacts required to attest to mitigations.
• Define opportunities to integrate RAI education, consultation, and review for GenAI products and models.
• Maintain and evolve internal RAI risk frameworks, taxonomy, and opportunity frameworks.
• Develop relationships with cross-functional partners to help develop and launch products and policies.
• Provide subject matter expertise on RAI policy and product issues and work with sensitive content.
