Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an AI Governance and Privacy Specialist to operationalize responsible AI in real systems, blending governance with software guidance and controls-as-code patterns. You will help clients and internal teams move from principles to practice, including risk tiering, inventories, and audit-ready evidence across SDLC.

The role requires experience in translating policies into actionable workflows, building governance automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Translate policies and regulatory expectations into operational workflows and artifacts, including intake processes and risk registers.
• Develop governance workflows and evidence artifacts for audits and regulators to support compliant AI deployments.
• Prototype or automate governance workflows using Python or SQL within CI/CD and cloud deployment contexts.

Responsibilities

• Design AI governance operating models, intake workflows, risk tiering, approvals, and audit-ready evidence.
• Build inventories for models, agents, data sources, tools, and integrations with ownership and risk classifications.
• Perform risk assessments across privacy, security, model risk, and misuse scenarios and translate findings into mitigations.
• Establish technical control guidance for agentic AI including logging, access controls, grounding, and incident response playbooks.
• Integrate governance checkpoints into SDLC through architecture reviews and release gates.
