Job summary

Deloitte France seeks an AI Governance and Privacy Specialist to operationalize responsible AI in real systems, blending governance, privacy, and software fluency. You will stand up measurable evaluation, monitoring workflows, and controls-as-code patterns for agentic AI and LLM-enabled applications.

The Senior Consultant will lead risk tiering, model and agent inventories, and governance workflows integrated into the SDLC, delivering audit-ready evidence for regulators and clients.

Qualifications

• Translate policies and regulatory expectations into operational workflows and artifacts.
• Prototype or automate governance workflows using Python or SQL and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design AI governance operating models, intake workflows, risk tiering, approvals, documentation standards, and audit-ready evidence processes for generative AI deployments.
• Build inventories for models, agents, tools, data sources, and integrations with ownership, use, risk classifications, and change-control requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments across privacy, security, model risk, and misuse scenarios, and translate findings into mitigations.
• Establish technical control guidance for agentic AI, including human-in-the-loop patterns, access controls, logging, and incident response playbooks.
• Integrate governance checkpoints into product and engineering delivery through architecture reviews and release gates.
