Qualifications

• 7+ years in AI/CS/IT with at least 2 years in AI
• Degree in CS/DS/Math/IT or related field; experience may substitute
• Advanced AI/ML/LLM expertise with certifications
• Experience with NIST AI RMF / ISO 42001 / SOC 2
• AI ethics, bias detection, and HIPAA privacy knowledge
