Job summary

McKesson Medical-Surgical Inc. is seeking a highly skilled AI Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered solutions across the full stack, including front-end interfaces and back-end AI model integration and data pipelines.

You will work on AI-driven enterprise applications, integrating LLMs, RAG, and related tools, while collaborating with product management and DevOps teams to deliver scalable healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in CS or related engineering field.
• Experience building AI-enabled applications using LLMs and AI tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI model integration, data pipelines and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver AI-driven software applications.
• Build scalable apps integrating LLMs and AI tools (e.g., voice/image parsing, RAG).
• Design and optimize data pipelines for AI development and testing.
• Communicate AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Iterate prompts and implement prompt caching strategies.
• Maintain prompt libraries & benchmark performance.
• Fine-tune & deploy GPT-family models.
• Prototype co-pilot experiences and autonomous workflows.
• Document code and applications thoroughly.
• Collaborate with staff and stakeholders on large projects.
