Job summary

McKesson in Atlanta, GA seeks an AI Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered solutions for healthcare products and services. You will work across the full stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end AI model integration and data pipelines.

Responsibilities include delivering AI-driven applications, integrating LLMs and AI tools, and developing scalable data pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years developing AI-enhanced applications using LLMs, voice, image, or speech models.
• BS degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver AI-driven enterprise software applications.
• Build scalable applications integrating Large Language Models and other AI tools into new and legacy codebases.
• Design and optimize data pipelines and datasets for AI system development and testing.
• Communicate modern AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Iteratively craft prompts to maximize LLM performance and implement prompt caching strategies.
• Maintain prompt libraries and benchmark performance.
• Fine-tune and serve GPT-family, Llama.
• Develop AI agents Semantic Kernel.
• Prototype copilots and autonomous workflows.
• Fully document all work at code and application levels.
• Collaborate with staff and stakeholders on large projects.
• Must be passionate about creating solutions and solving complex problems.
