Job summary

ReWorks Solutions is seeking a Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer to design, build and scale AI-powered applications in production. You will own technical architecture, integrate LLMs, and create intelligent automation that solves real business problems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-powered applications in production.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Next.js.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, database design and optimization.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini.
• Experience building REST APIs, third-party integrations and automated workflows.
• Experience deploying and maintaining scalable applications in cloud-based environments.
• Proven ability to independently design and architect systems used by thousands of users.
• Strong Git/GitHub skills and the ability to explain technical contributions clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• AI Development & Integration: Build and deploy production-ready AI-powered apps using LLMs like OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and Gemini.
• AI workflows: design prompt engineering strategies and intelligent automation solutions.
• AI capabilities: integrate AI into existing apps and business systems.
• Evaluation: optimize AI outputs for accuracy, performance and cost.
• Architecture: fine-tuning and model customization where appropriate.
• Full-Stack Development: design, develop and maintain scalable apps using JS/TS, Node.js, React, Next.js.
• APIs & Integrations: build robust APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations.
• Databases: design PostgreSQL schemas and data models.
• Deployment: cloud-ready, secure, high-performance apps for growing users.
• Troubleshooting: improve performance and reliability.
