Job summary

Marlabs is seeking a Senior AI Full Stack Engineer to build modern, data-driven web apps for scientists and researchers. You will handle backend services, APIs, and responsive frontends, collaborating with UX designers, scientists, and engineering partners to create high-impact tools that expose large datasets in intuitive ways.

You will design and implement AI-powered solutions, including Generative AI features, secure auth, and enterprise integrations, while championing clean architecture,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-stack development in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on AI/Generative AI experience with LLM integrations.
• Enterprise integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Graph, Jira/Confluence and REST APIs.
• Secure development practices: SSO (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC) and secrets management.
• Cloud-native development, CI/CD, containerization, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable full-stack applications and AI-powered solutions using Python and modern technologies.
• Develop Generative AI capabilities with LLM platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic) including prompt engineering.
• Build agentic workflows, tool integrations, and function-calling to automate processes.
• Integrate enterprise apps with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Graph, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence via secure APIs.
• Implement secure authentication/authorization and secrets management per enterprise standards.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver, deploy, and improve apps via CI/CD, containers, and DevOps.
