Job summary

Marlabs is seeking a highly skilled FullStack Developer to design and build modern, data‑driven web applications that empower scientists and researchers to interact with complex datasets intuitively and efficiently.

You will work across the stack from backend APIs to responsive frontends, collaborating with UX designers, scientists, and engineering partners to deliver high‑impact tools with clean architecture, reusable components, automated testing, and strong DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 7 years of enterprise full‑stack development with Python.
• Hands-on AI/Generative AI with LLM integrations.
• Experience with enterprise integrations (M365, Graph, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence) and secure coding (SSO/OAuth).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable full‑stack apps and AI‑powered solutions using Python.
• Build AI capabilities with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Anthropic, including prompt engineering.
• Develop agentic workflows and function‑calling to automate business processes.
• Integrate enterprise apps with M365, SharePoint, Graph, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence via secure APIs.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and secrets management per security standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ship apps with CI/CD, containers, and DevOps practices.

**FullStack Developer** | Skills & Experience

• 7 years of experience in full‑stack application development within enterprise or technology‑driven environments, with strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands‑on experience building AI and Generative AI solutions, including LLM API integrations, prompt engineering, token management, and conversational AI applications.
• Strong experience with enterprise integrations, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and REST APIs.
• Expertise in secure application development, including SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC), API gateways, middleware, and secrets management best practices.
• Experience with modern DevOps and cloud‑native development, including containerization, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and application lifecycle management.
