Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 10–12 years professional software engineering experience.
• Strong frontend development with Angular or similar framework, TypeScript.
• Server-side experience with .NET/C#, and proficiency in C++, Python, or Perl.
• Hands-on experience applying AI-assisted development tools to production codebases.
• Experience leading architecture and design across multiple teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; on-site Boise, Idaho required.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and technical strategy for frontend manufacturing platforms.
• Lead design reviews for major features and platform changes.
• Contribute production-quality code across .NET, C++, Angular, Perl, and Python.
• Diagnose cross-system issues spanning frontend apps, services, and MES integrations.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident escalation.
• Modernize legacy manufacturing applications with migration planning.
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate factory needs into technical solutions.
• Define and maintain AI standards and guardrails; pilot AI tooling.
