Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/AI/electrical/computer engineering with relevant AI/ML experience.
• 6+ years in AI/ML algorithms or technologies; 4+ years with advanced degrees.
• Strong coding in Python, Go, Scala, CUDA or Java; deep learning exposure.
• Experience leading scalable AI systems and cloud deployments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver AI products affecting associates and customers.
• Design, train, test, deploy and support AI software components and workflows.
• Work with Open Source and SaaS tools like PyTorch, HuggingFace, and VectorDBs.
• Optimize foundation model performance, cost, latency, and throughput at scale.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to long‑term AI system roadmaps.
