Job summary

Zebra is seeking a Senior Software Engineer / AI Enterprise Systems Analyst to architect AI-first frontend systems and intelligent bots, bridging AI with business strategy. You will mentor global teams, lead architectural sessions, and implement AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery.

You will partner with product and order management to define use cases, user stories, and technical requirements for generative AI features, while collaborating across global teams in a hybrid US-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of practical software/AI experience.
• 5+ years as software engineer with leadership trajectory.
• 1-2 years AI development with LLMs and AI-centric models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of AI-first frontend systems and custom interfaces.
• Architect and develop intelligent bots and AI modules for complex data alignment.
• Evolve SaaS/enterprise apps with automated, predictive user journeys.
• Serve as technical anchor for Agile Scrum team and mentor engineers.
• Translate AI capabilities into business value for stakeholders.
