Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years' experience in a related field; alternate combinations allowed.
• 5-7 years in a Product organization directly in Product Management or Product Operations.
• Hands‑on experience applying AI tools to real product management workflows with measurable results.
• Experience driving large operational change management initiatives.
• Strong ability to build relationships and contribute to the enterprise vision at Cox Automotive.

Responsibilities

• Mature product management: drive maturity, skills, and consistency across Cox Automotive; evolve enterprise discipline framework for discovery, specification, delivery, and post‑launch measurement.
• AI‑First product management: develop and adopt AI‑first approaches; integrate AI tools into product workflows; create playbooks, prompts, and agents; act as SME for applied AI in product management.
• Enterprise stewardship: coordinate efforts across Product Management and Product Readiness teams; promote awareness for Product Operations; drive behavioral change through knowledge sharing and compelling resources.
