Job summary

isolved HCM in the United States is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and own features on the Perform product in an AI-first environment. You’ll leverage AI-assisted tools like Claude Code and maintain high quality code across the stack using .NET, Angular, and CosmosDB.

You’ll collaborate across product, UX, and QA in real time through the AI Development Lifecycle, mentor peers, review AI-generated outputs, and drive robust tests and CI/CD with Azure Pipelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional web app and services development.
• Strong proficiency with C#, .NET (current versions), Angular, TypeScript, and SQL Server.
• Experience with CosmosDB or another NoSQL database.
• Experience with microservice architecture, pub/sub, and asynchronous messaging.
• Experience with Azure, Azure Pipelines, Git, and Docker.
• Solid unit and integration testing practices.
• Ability to evaluate and correct AI-generated code.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in collaborative, fast-moving sessions.
• Experience mentoring or supporting other developers.
• Eager to learn with evolving tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain features across the stack using .NET, Angular, SQL Server, and CosmosDB.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, while owning quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate in real time with product, UX, and QA through the AIDLC.
• Review code, both human and AI-generated, for logic errors, edge cases, and security issues.
• Mentor and support other engineers, especially on debugging and AI usage.
• Build and maintain automated tests and contribute to CI/CD through Azure Pipelines.
• Investigate and resolve escalated production issues.
• Help improve team practices and workflows as our AI-first model matures.
