Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, development, testing, and operations.
• Modern architectures based on microservices, REST/GraphQL, NoSQL, Kafka.
• Experience building AI native apps with Claude Code.
• Cloud knowledge (AWS or similar) and end-to-end lifecycle experience.
• CI/CD, DevOps tooling, monitoring, and test-driven agile delivery.
• Experience using enterprise-grade AI-assisted development tools with governance.
