Job summary

The Washington Post's Arc XP division seeks a Principal Product Manager to shape the future of AI-native content platforms. You will lead across multiple pods, defining vision, architecture, and developer experience while aligning content creation, orchestration, and multichannel delivery for enterprise customers.

This role requires deep expertise in headless content, API-first platforms, and lean discovery, with a passion for driving AI-enabled workflows and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with content platforms, headless CMS, or digital experience platforms.
• Experience defining and shipping AI-powered product capabilities, including data models and workflows.
• Strong understanding of modern content management paradigms and API-first design.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision and strategy for Arc’s Content Platform with AI integration.
• Lead evolution of AI-native content capabilities across content lifecycle and APIs.
• Build and maintain a strategic roadmap sequencing platform investments and developer experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to translate requirements into outcomes.
• Align multiple pods to a unified product vision and measurable customer value.
