Job summary

Google's Search Content Platform team is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to drive AI-first platform initiatives and align senior engineering and product leadership on multi-quarter roadmaps. You will steer complex programs that power the world’s leading knowledge source, emphasizing velocity, quality, and compute efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of program management experience.
Experience with third-party data ingestion.

Responsibilities

Drive multi-quarter, AI-first platform programs to advance long-term Search velocity, helpfulness, quality, and compute efficiency.
Define 30/60/90-day roadmaps, track milestones, dependencies, OKRs, and risks.
Resolve blockers, resource limits, and infrastructure trade-offs with sound technical judgment.
Build launch-tracking tools, playbooks, and AI-native best practices for faster content delivery.
Collaborate with global engineering, product, and TPM leads for commitments and exec communications.
