You will own data, analytics, and reporting that reveal the financial impact of AI adoption while building scalable solutions for decision-making and growth.

Collaborating with engineering, product, and finance, you will elevate visibility, forecasting, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in FinOps, cloud cost management, data analytics or related analytical role.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to explain methodology and results.
• Knowledge of AI inference cost drivers: tokens, context, caching, retrieval.
• Experience with Python APIs, data pipelines, and automated reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own AI cost modeling and attribution across tokens, models, products and teams.
• Define unit-cost metrics distinguishing usage growth from efficiency changes.
• Maintain accurate, explainable cost data with clear lineage.
• Build Python pipelines to normalize telemetry, provider data, and cloud billing.
• Automate recurring reporting and month-end close support.
• Develop BI dashboards for engineering and finance reporting.
• Analyze cost movements and explain drivers and forward-looking impacts.
• Identify optimization opportunities across model selection, prompts, caching, batching, and tooling.
