Responsibilities

Lead the FDE delivery organization across multiple engagements and pods; staff and structure teams; define engagement models and cadences; travel 30–50%.
Define technical strategy and standards for complex AI programs; align with AWS teams and executives.
Own production excellence; establish standards and readiness criteria across the organization.
Build and scale the team; hire, develop and retain FDE talent; calibrate hiring standards.
Accelerate portfolio transformation; identify systemic opportunities and influence product roadmaps.
