Job summary

Workday Extend Services Consultant designs, develops, and deploys custom AI agents and Workday Extend applications for customers. These solutions run alongside Workday’s HR, Financial Management, Student Information Systems and Delivered Agents, utilizing the Workday Agent System of Record for centralized governance, lifecycle management, and security.

We are looking for hardworking professionals with Workday or similar experience who are passionate about customer success, achieving deployment

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Workday HCM/Financials or similar domains.
• 7+ years in data migration, integration, or software development.
• 3+ years in software architecture and design.
• Experience defining agent capabilities and integrating systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with API technologies and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom AI agents and Extend apps.
• Lead discovery sessions, gather requirements, and define objectives.
• Craft guardrails, escalation paths, and governance for AI actions.
• Build scalable extensions using natural language and code.
