Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Hands-on involvement in code, reviews, and delivery decisions.
• Experience building production-ready AI/ML systems for enterprise SaaS products.
• Exposure to Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, or autonomous AI tech.
• Delivery of complex 0-1 SaaS products in cloud-native environments.
• Strong foundation in software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud tech.
• Experience leading geographically distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to partner with Product Management to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Strong Agile development background and modern software delivery practices.
• Passion for coaching and developing future engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
• Stay hands-on with code, review implementations, and influence architecture decisions.
• Drive 0-to-1 AI capability initiatives from concept to production at enterprise scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, AI Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams.
• Define the technical vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI-driven products.
• Promote modern engineering practices, cloud-native development, automation, and DevOps.
• Scale distributed teams and attract top talent to the organization.
• Foster experimentation and continuous learning to solve complex customer challenges.
• Ensure execution excellence across planning, delivery, and post-release performance.
