Job summary

TriVista Business Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to identify where AI creates measurable value for clients, shape pragmatic roadmaps, and lead the delivery of practical, scalable solutions.

This role combines advisory judgment, client presence, and technical credibility across projects. You will translate business priorities into AI strategies, drive use-case discovery and rapid prototyping, and contribute to firm-wide capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology, consulting, product development, data, analytics, or AI with 2+ years in AI/ML
• Background in management consulting or client-facing environment preferred
• Demonstrated experience shaping AI strategies, leading implementations, or delivering applied data science solutions
• Strong understanding of generative AI, ML, NLP and business value
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, modern AI architectures, enterprise data environments
• Familiarity with MLOps and productionizing AI in business settings
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and resources
• Authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on AI strategy, prioritized use cases, operating models, and activation roadmaps
• Lead client conversations and sessions connecting AI opportunities to business outcomes
• Define high-value use cases across industries and guide strategy to implementation
• Support delivery of AI Workshops, including discovery and rapid solution development
